Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of wealth management or related experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Relevant certifications in wealth management or financial planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise high-net-worth client portfolios, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term client relationship development.
• Identify clients’ financial needs, investment objectives, and risk profiles to recommend suitable wealth management solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and portfolio growth.
• Support business development activities by identifying new client acquisition opportunities and expanding the existing client portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance and review investment opportunities to ensure alignment with clients’ objectives and business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and relevant financial institutions to deliver tailored financial and investment solutions.
• Supervise and guide the wealth management team, monitor performance, and support the achievement of individual and departmental targets.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, confidentiality requirements, and established risk management procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports on portfolio performance, client activity, business development, and team productivity, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and enhance wealth management services.
