Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Chief Private Banking Officer to lead the private wealth business across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will drive acquisition, development, and governance of HNW/UHNW relationships and family offices, directing strategy, AUM growth, and partnerships.

You will oversee fundraising, product positioning, and client reviews, while building a high-performing team and ensuring fiduciary and regulatory standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred; CFA/CAIA/ CFP, CISI or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of private banking/wealth management experience.
• Proven track record in fundraising from HNW/UHNW, family offices, sovereigns and institutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead private wealth growth and strategy.
• Drive fundraising and asset growth (AUM).
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
