Job summary

Silver Edge Arabia is looking for a dedicated Safety & Security Officer to foster a world-class safety culture in our logistics operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves ensuring safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, and managing health and safety systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in safety roles within the logistics sector, strong knowledge of local regulations, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years as a Safety Officer in a 3PL, Logistics, or Warehousing environment in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HRSD, and Civil Defense regulations is essential.
• Fluency in both Arabic & English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Arabian Labor Law and HRSD safety standards.
• Conduct frequent inspections to identify risks specific to logistics environments.
• Develop and deliver site-specific safety inductions and toolbox talks.
