Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Safety Officer (Saudi National) to oversee safety and security across all facilities. The role demands strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, emergency response, and staff training to maintain high safety standards.

Bachelor’s in Occupational Safety and Health with 2–3 years of experience is required, along with fluency in Arabic and English. The candidate will work on-site and participate in regular drills and safety inspections.

• Fluent in Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage electro–mechanical systems for safety compliance.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate safety actions.
• Train staff in safety and security procedures.
• Maintain safety and security records and logs.
• Coordinate with Civil Defense for inspections and feedback.
• Conduct routine fire drills and safety trainings for new joiners.
• Inspect workplaces to ensure preventive safety measures.
• Investigate incidents and report with corrective actions to avoid recurrence.
• Oversee first aid readiness and emergency exits; ensure unobstructed access.
• Support head designer in safety-related tasks as required.
• Be on-call during emergencies.
