Job summary

Ultimate Peaks is seeking a proactive Safety and Security Officer to lead health, safety, and security standards across our fast-paced 3PL warehouse in Riyadh. You will safeguard staff, visitors, and inventory by implementing robust HSE protocols in line with Saudi Labor Law, HRSD, and Civil Defense regulations.

The role requires 3–5 years of direct experience in a similar facility, NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certifications, and hands-on expertise with warehouse hazards, PTW, LOTO, and MHE safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-year Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct experience as a Safety Officer, ideally in 3PL/logistics/warehousing.
• Deep practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HRSD OSH standards, and Saudi Civil Defense regulations.
• NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing Safely, or OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse hazards (racking inspections, MHE/forklift safety, traffic management, PTW, LOTO).
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce a world-class HSE program across the warehouse.
• Conduct hazard risk assessments and manage traffic flows within the facility.
• Lead incident investigations and emergency preparedness drills.
• Maintain compliance with Saudi Labor Law, HRSD OSH standards, and Civil Defense regulations.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure safe and efficient warehouse activities.
