Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of warehouse management experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven experience handling hazardous chemicals and industrial reagents safely.
• Strong proficiency in Odoo or similar ERP systems for inventory management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing shift-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and investigating discrepancies in real time.
• Ensure all chemical reagents are stored in compliance with HSE regulations.
• Supervise warehouse staff across shifts.
• Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers and customs brokers.
• Maintain master data integrity and record all warehouse transactions in the Odoo system accurately.
• Optimize warehouse layout and bin locations.
