Saudi Aramco seeks an experienced Senior Counsel to lead the Venture Capital Transactions Legal Practice within the Project Development & Finance Law Department. The role centers on structuring, negotiating, and documenting minority VC investments and providing post-closing support to manage the portfolio.

You will work across financing transactions, advise internal clients, and coordinate with outside counsel.

Formación

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent required.
• Admitted to practice before highest court where citizen/resident.
• 7+ years of Project VC experience.
• Experience in both law firm and in-house VC work.
• Proven ability to manage VC transactions from inception to closing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financing transaction activities, including parent debt, project financings, and capital markets issuances.
• Advise management on legal rights and obligations in financing transactions.
• Assist Law Management and other attorneys in legal problem assessment.
• Liaise with outside counsel to negotiate and document transactions.
