Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to lead the Corporate & Project Finance practice within the Law Organization. The role focuses on structuring, negotiating and executing finance and capital markets transactions for the company.

You will advise management, liaise with external counsel, and manage transactions from inception through completion in a high-impact, global environment.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent and valid bar admission.
• 7+ years of finance-focused experience in law firms or in-house.
• Experience with structuring, drafting, negotiating and leading transactions.
• Experience with international transactions and finance principles.
• Direct client interaction from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead financing transaction activities including bank debt, project financings and capital markets issuances.
• Advise internal clients on rights, obligations and statutory requirements.
• Identify legal issues and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Negotiate and document complex financial transactions.
