Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior Transportation Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead mobility and master planning projects. You will prepare studies, supervise teams, and present to clients and authorities.

The role requires ITC in GCC, proficiency in CUBE/STEAM, VISUM, VISSIM, Synchro, Sidra, HCS, CAD, and Microsoft Office. Strong English communication and collaboration across disciplines are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Civil Engineering or equivalent and 10+ years of experience.
• Membership of a professional institution is desirable.
• Proven experience as part of a multidisciplinary team providing transportation advice and solutions on large-scale developments.
• Experience with ITC in Abu Dhabi, RTA in Dubai, MoTC in Qatar and other GCC regional municipalities.
• Proficiency in software such as CUBE/STEAM/VISUM/VISSIM, Synchro, Sidra, HCS, CAD, Auto-turn. Also Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Microsoft Project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Preparing Access and Circulation Studies
• Transportation Impact Studies and Transportation Master Plans
• Preparing traffic survey data reports
• Using SYNCHRO Sidra and HCS to assess intersection operation and develop improvement measures
• Supporting the development and interrogation of strategic and micro-simulation transport models including VISUM and VISSIM
• Preparing and delivering of presentations to Clients and Approving Authorities
• Mentoring junior staff members
• Responding to requests for proposals - technical approach and financials
• Developing strong communication and working relationships with colleagues management subcontractors public agencies and clients which support collaborative work practices
• Managing own continuous development and support the development of colleagues
• Supporting the development of master plans for new cities and towns
• Working to client requirements using CUBE amp STEAM tool
