Job summary

Aramco Stadium is seeking an experienced Ticket Operations Lead to oversee the setup, launch and reconciliation of ticket sales for a range of events at a major stadium. You will manage ticketing platforms, coordinate with commercial, sales and stadium operations teams and drive revenue opportunities while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The role requires hands-on ticketing system expertise, event logistics coordination and the ability to work with external providers and internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing sales and operations.
• Knowledge of pricing, inventory and seating configurations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across commercial, operational and technical functions.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of ticketing operations for stadium events.
• Configure and monitor ticketing systems and seating plans.
• Support launches, pre-sales, memberships and campaigns.
• Monitor live sales and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure accurate ticket inventory across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on campaigns.
• Troubleshoot system issues with technology partners.
• Support event-day operations and customer entry.
