Job summary

A sustainability leader position in Riyadh, represented by Areeb Human Resources, seeks an experienced professional to guide engineering teams and drive compliant, safe, and high-quality project delivery.

The role requires oversight across multiple disciplines, strong leadership, and a proven track record in large-scale projects, including stadiums. Candidates should possess a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical background with PMP preferred and be prepared to mentor staff and manage budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in engineering and project supervision.
• 7–10 years of experience in engineering and project supervision, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Experience working on stadium projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate engineering teams to meet project goals, timelines and quality standards.
• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications for codes and regs.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions for deviations, risks or delays.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve complex engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements throughout all phases.
• Manage resources including manpower, materials and equipment for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality and compliance with specs.
• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project performance, risks and milestones.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster development and continuous improvement.
