Job summary

Al-Qadsiah Club in Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of Ticketing & Memberships to lead the strategic development and delivery of ticketing and memberships. You will drive revenue growth, boost attendances and enhance the supporter experience by integrating CRM, pricing, audience insight and customer service across events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Sports Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years' experience leading ticketing, box office operations and/or CRM functions.
• Proven experience managing ticketing operations within sport, entertainment or customer-focused environments.
• Master's degree in Business, Sports Management or related discipline.
• Experience within a professional sports club, major entertainment venue or large-scale event organisation.
• Experience implementing CRM strategies that drive fan engagement, memberships and retention.
• Experience working within high-growth or transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the club's long-term ticketing and memberships strategy aligned to commercial objectives, revenue targets and audience growth.
• Develop pricing, discounting and yield management strategies balancing revenue generation and fan growth.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand and adapt pricing and inventory strategies.
• Oversee all ticketing systems, CRM platforms and third-party integrations for data integrity.
• Lead ticketing operations that support a seamless supporter experience.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and customer data governance.
• Build and develop a high-performing ticketing and memberships team.
