Norconsult Telematics Limited in Riyadh seeks a Contract Manager to oversee telecom network operations contracts within the OPEX domain, focusing on O&M, managed services, turnkey agreements, SLAs, and vendor obligations across Mobile Access, Core, Transport, and managed-service operations.

The role involves drafting, negotiating, reviewing contracts, managing vendor performance, cost control, BoQ review, RFP/RFQ activities, risk mitigation, and exploring AI use cases to optimize OPEX.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8–12 years of telecom network operations and contract management experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex O&M and managed-service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of BoQ, cost analysis, and CAPEX/OPEX classification.
• Proven ability to manage vendor performance and drive OPEX reductions.
• Experience with AI use cases in network operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate telecom network operations contracts (O&M, managed-service, turnkey, SLA/KPI).
• Define contract terms, service scopes, deliverables, escalation, and vendor obligations.
• Manage O&M contract scopes including maintenance, spare parts, field crews, NOC, SOC, TSS, VAS, and optimization.
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, penalties, rewards, and service credits.
• Oversee vendor relationships, reporting, escalation, and enforcement.
