Job summary

Norconsult Telematics in Riyadh seeks a senior contract governance expert to lead governance, compliance, administration, and change management for telecom contracts. You will report to the Project Control Head and coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Engineering and PMO to ensure alignment with program objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in contract management within telecom or large-scale tech programs, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years in contract management or related field.
• Experience with telecom/network infrastructure projects preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain contract governance and administration processes throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Legal, Contracts, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, PMO and other stakeholders on drafting, review, and implementation.
• Represent the PMO in contract discussions, negotiations, amendments, renewals, and updates.
• Review contracts to ensure clear scope, deliverables, SLAs/KPIs, milestones, terms, and governance.
