Job summary

WSP in Riyadh seeks a Senior Structural Engineer with at least 15 years of experience in structural design and site supervision for major roads and highways. You will lead complex infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and performance from design through construction.

You will supervise construction, perform analyses, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive value engineering while maintaining compliance with international standards. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in structural engineering with site supervision in construction consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis for transportation infrastructure including bridges and tunnels.
• Provide technical oversight during construction with site inspections and QA/QC.
• Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize designs and reduce costs.
• Manage risks and ensure safety and environmental compliance on projects.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide progress updates and technical presentations.
