Zusammenfassung

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Road Engineer in Riyadh to lead design and supervision of major road projects. You will oversee planning, feasibility, traffic analyses, and safety plans while coordinating with clients and regulators to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in road engineering, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Proficiency in CAD and road design tools is expected, with English fluency and Arabic a plus in a dynamic consultancy

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a master's preferred.
15+ years in road engineering with site supervision in consultancy.
Professional license or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of road design, construction, and maintenance standards.

Aufgaben

Lead planning, design, and development of road infrastructure projects.
Provide technical oversight during construction with site inspections.
Develop traffic management plans and safety measures.
Engage with clients, regulators, and communities for alignment.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to meet objectives.
