Job summary
AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Structural Design Manager to lead the structural design development for hospitality and mixed-use projects. You will guide design teams, coordinate with architecture, MEP, and external partners, and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and international standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 20+ years of structural engineering and design management experience, including senior leadership.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale hospitality, luxury resort, mixed-use, or destination projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design vision and engineering strategy from concept through construction.
- Ensure design intent is maintained across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Develop innovative structural solutions aligned with architectural goals and operations.
- Review and approve design deliverables, calculations, and technical submissions.
- Manage structural consultants, contractors, and technical advisors for timely delivery.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and resources; drive value engineering while ensuring safety and quality.
- Coordinate with architectural, MEP, façade, geotechnical, and infrastructure teams for integrated designs.
- Oversee BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design integration across disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with SBC, international standards, and regulatory approvals.
