Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 20+ years of structural engineering and design management experience.
• Proven track record delivering large hospitality and mixed-use developments.
• Experience managing structural consultants and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, high-rise and long-span systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design vision from concept through construction.
• Oversee design deliverables, calculations, and technical submissions.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and design advisors to ensure quality.
• Establish schedules, budgets, and resource plans for structural work.
• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, façade, geotech, and landscape teams.
• Ensure SBC compliance and regulatory approvals with BIM coordination.
• Lead value engineering and constructability reviews throughout the project.
