WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our Transport & Infrastructure team in Makkah. The role leads stakeholder engagement across major infrastructure and transportation projects to ensure alignment among project teams, government authorities, utilities, clients, and stakeholders.

• 15+ years of stakeholder management experience in large-scale transport/infrastructure (KSA/GCC).
• Bachelor's degree as listed in education section.
• Experience engaging with public sector authorities, municipalities, regulatory bodies.
• Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement stakeholder management and communication strategies for major transport and infrastructure projects.
• Identify, map, analyze, and maintain stakeholder registers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, municipalities, regulatory authorities, utility providers, clients, and community representatives.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, presentations, and consultation sessions.
• Manage stakeholder risks, issues, and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where appropriate.
• Facilitate approvals, permits, and coordination requirements with relevant authorities and utility agencies.
• Support project teams in obtaining stakeholder buy-in for design solutions and project initiatives.
