Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our Transport & Infrastructure team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will lead stakeholder engagement activities across major infrastructure and transportation design projects, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and collaboration between project teams, government authorities, utility providers, clients, and key project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Saudi National with strong stakeholder management experience.
Proven track record engaging with government authorities and utilities.
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for major transport projects.
Identify, map, analyze, and maintain stakeholder registers.
Build and maintain relationships with government entities, utilities, clients, and communities.
Act as primary liaison between project teams and external stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and consultations; monitor commitments and updates.
Support approvals, permits, and coordination with authorities.
