Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - Transport and Distribution within the Logistics division to lead end-to-end transportation operations, optimize freight costs, and ensure regulatory compliance across air, ocean, and trucking modes.

You will build carrier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor KPIs, and guide strategic transportation plans while mentoring the transport team to deliver efficient, reliable, and cost-effective services for projects along the Red

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Business, Analytics or Data Management related field (MBA preferred).
• A minimum of 5 to 6 years in a supply chain and logistics operations field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Transportation Operations Management: Overseeing and coordinating the transportation of goods, including scheduling, tracking shipments, and managing carrier relationships.
• Carrier Negotiations: Negotiating contracts and rates with carriers to secure competitive pricing and ensure reliable service.
• Freight Cost Optimization: Analyzing transportation costs and identifying opportunities to reduce expenses while maintaining service quality.
