Job summary

EjadTech - إيجاد التقنية is seeking a strategic Solution Architect to be the technical and advisory arm of Business Development. You will lead technical discovery, shape opportunities, and design complex software architectures while aligning with delivery teams to ensure seamless requirement handover and scalable productization.

You will act as a trusted technology advisor to C-level executives and shape Repeatable Offerings to expand the company’s portfolio, ensuring compliance with Saudi

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hands-on software engineering progressing to solution architecture and technical advisory.
• Pre-Sales consulting, technical advisory, and client-facing executive engagement in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with C-Level and technical stakeholders to analyze pain points and shape opportunities.
• Translate complex requirements into executable plans ensuring feasibility and delivery success.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Engineering teams to validate feasibility and hand over requirements with minimal gaps.
• Turn recurring client needs into standardized, repeatable product offerings to boost competitiveness.
• Prepare High-Level Architecture Designs (HLD) and provide ROM sizing estimates.
• Deliver compelling technical proposals and defend architectures based on Cloud, Microservices, APIs, and Event-Driven systems.
• Evaluate Data & AI/ GenAI use cases for technical feasibility and commercial viability.
• Ensure solutions comply with Saudi national frameworks (DGA, SDAIA/NDMO, NCA, PDPL).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic Solution Architect to serve as the technical and advisory arm of Business Development and the primary technical point of contact with clients. In this role, you will lead technical discovery, shape opportunities, adapt scope to ensure practical execution, and design complex software architectures. You will act as a trusted technology advisor to C-level executives while working closely with the Delivery Team to ensure seamless requirement handover, and transforming recurring market challenges into scalable, repeatable software products (Productization) to expand the company’s portfolio and commercial value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops with executive (C-Level) and technical stakeholders to analyze operational pain points and shape tailored tech opportunities.
• Conduct technical assessments and re-engineer complex or ambiguous requirements into executable plans to ensure operational success and delivery feasibility.
• Delivery Alignment & Handover: Collaborate directly with Delivery and Engineering teams to validate technical feasibility, seamlessly hand over requirements and assumptions, and ensure zero disconnect between sales commitments and implementation.
• Company Solution Productization: Turn recurring client needs and market demands into standardized, repeatable frameworks and product offerings (Repeatable Offerings) to boost market competitiveness.
• Technically qualify business opportunities, author High-Level Architecture Designs (HLD), and provide early effort and cost estimations (ROM Sizing).
• Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and defend solution architectures based on Cloud, Microservices, APIs, and Event-Driven systems.
• Evaluate and shape Data & AI / GenAI use cases, assessing their technical feasibility and commercial viability.
• Ensure proposed solutions strictly comply with Saudi national frameworks and regulations (DGA, SDAIA/NDMO, NCA, PDPL).

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Years of Experience: Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience progressing from software engineering into solution architecture and technical advisory.
• Track Record: Proven background in Pre-Sales Consulting, technical advisory, and client-facing executive engagement in Riyadh.
• Saudi Sector Experience: Demonstrated track record in Saudi public sector projects with deep working knowledge of local compliance frameworks (DGA, SDAIA, NCA, PDPL).
• Professional Certifications (Preferred): Enterprise Architecture or Cloud certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, PMP).
