Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture or equivalent.
• Proven ability to design and govern enterprise-scale solutions.
• Professional architecture certifications (TOGAF, Azure, AWS) preferred.
• Experience with multiple vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as design authority across programs to align business and technology.
• Define, maintain, and govern architecture standards, principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall design authority across the program, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Define, maintain, and govern enterprise architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
• Lead architecture governance activities, including design reviews, technical approvals, and compliance assessments.
• Review and evaluate vendor solution proposals to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain the target-state architecture and technology roadmap to support long-term business strategy.
• Define integration strategies and ensure seamless interoperability across enterprise platforms and applications.
• Provide architectural guidance for solution design, technology selection, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leaders to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
• Ensure architecture decisions align with organizational standards, security requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify technology risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and provide architectural assurance throughout project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by promoting innovation and the adoption of modern architectural practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience designing and governing enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, integration patterns, cloud technologies, and modern application architectures.
• Experience working with multiple vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Professional architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or similar) are highly preferred.
