Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Site Planner to develop and maintain the integrated project schedule for large infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or construction management.
• 7–12 years of experience in project planning for large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience with Owner’s Engineer or EPC planning teams is a strong advantage.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification preferred; BIM‑integrated planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update the integrated project schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor day-to-day progress, track resource deployment, materials, and QA/QC impacts on schedules.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports, look‑ahead plans, and executive updates.
• Coordinate planning interfaces between EPC contractors, O&M, and external agencies.
• Develop commissioning and test readiness schedules, and oversee warranty period planning.
