Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Engineer in Jeddah to support planning, coordination, and delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and standards. You will coordinate interfaces across engineering disciplines, review technical submissions, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and PMP are advantageous, with Primavera P6 or MS Project

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project engineering and delivery.
• Experience on transportation, roads, bridges, tunnels, utilities or infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Knowledge of contract administration, project controls, and risk management.
• GCC/UAE project experience is preferred.
• PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering, design, construction and project delivery activities.
• Support Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Review deliverables, drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Monitor schedules, milestones and deliverables for timely completion.
• Attend meetings and prepare technical reports.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Support closeout, handover and documentation.
