Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Landscape/Hardscape Specialist with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in interface management within consultancy and strong site supervision for roads, tunnels, bridges and highways.

You will lead landscape and hardscape design projects, develop plans and specifications, conduct site assessments, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate designs into overall project plans.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in landscape architecture or hardscape design within consultancy.
• Strong supervision experience on infra projects and site oversight.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape and hardscape design projects from concept to construction supervision.
• Create plans, drawings and specs meeting project and regulatory standards.
• Perform site assessments, environmental analyses and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers and planners to integrate designs.
• Mentor junior landscape staff and design team members.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulators to obtain approvals.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance on site visits.
• Review submittals, RFIs and design changes related to landscape elements.
• Prepare presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
