Job summary

Talent BluePrint FZ LLC in Riyadh is seeking a Signage & Wayfinding Senior Specialist to lead the design, production, and installation of signage and wayfinding systems for large-scale events, exhibitions, and venue activations. This role ensures seamless visitor navigation and strengthens brand presence across high-profile venues and activations in the Riyadh Region.

The position requires 5+ years in event operations or signage production, with a strong portfolio and knowledge of branding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Design, Events Management, Marketing or related field.
5+ years of experience in event operations, signage production, or venue environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating signage, dressing, and branding projects.
Familiarity with local Saudi Arabia venue regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, and oversee signage and wayfinding for events, exhibitions, and activations.
Coordinate with venue operations to optimize signage for crowd flow and visitor experience.
Manage end-to-end production timelines from concept to installation.
Collaborate with branding teams to ensure brand consistency across signage assets.
Conduct site surveys and liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Troubleshoot signage issues during live events and activations.
