Job summary

TAIT is seeking a Wayfinding Signage Manager to support a large-scale event from October to December 2026 in Riyadh. This on-site role requires expertise in signage production, deck creation, and vendor coordination to deliver designated wayfinding layouts and branding.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree and several years of international live-event experience, with GCC familiarity preferred. The position is freelance and embedded in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of international live event management at managerial level with wayfinding experience.
• Experience in the GCC region preferred (KSA, Dubai, Qatar).
• Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using AirTable, Smartsheet or similar tracking software.
• Able to join Zoom meetings outside of standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Own wayfinding sign production in assigned areas including front of house, back of house, and external sites.
• Create decks with dot maps to communicate wayfinding, branding, and FOH signage locations.
• Measure brandable areas for design with team and suppliers as needed.
• Own marking up to prepare for install of graphics (wayfinding, sponsorship areas, and general graphics).
• Use existing signage inventory along with creation of new wayfinding structures as needed.
• Own placement and location of wayfinding signage onsite.
• Manage the workflow from signage needs in tracking systems, coordinating with vendors through install and de-install.
• Keep track of vendor costs with Sr. Signage Manager and Signage Coordinator.
