Talent Blueprint FZ LLC is seeking a Signage & Wayfinding Senior Specialist to lead the design, production, and installation of signage and wayfinding systems for large-scale events, exhibitions, and venue activations in the Riyadh Region. The role ensures seamless visitor navigation and strong brand presence across high-profile venues.

Responsibilities include coordinating with venue operations, managing end-to-end production timelines, and collaborating with branding teams to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Events Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record delivering signage and wayfinding solutions for large-scale events or venues.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating signage, dressing, and branding projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee production of signage and wayfinding systems for events, exhibitions, and activations.
• Coordinate with venue operations to support crowd flow and visitor experience.
• Manage end-to-end production timelines from concept through installation and dismantling.
• Collaborate with branding and visual merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency across signage assets.
• Conduct site surveys and venue walkthroughs to identify optimal signage and dressing requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, fabricators, and installation crews to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot on-site signage and wayfinding issues during live events and activations.
