Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC PMI) or ICP-ACC certification desirable.
• SAFe Leadership certification or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption of Scrum and Agile principles across teams.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and other ceremonies.
• Monitor progress with Agile metrics and dashboards; manage risks and dependencies.
