Job summary

Adree, a subsidiary of Master Works, seeks a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile practices across teams at our Riyadh site. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to deliver value in iterative sprints.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Scrum/Agile, strong Jira experience, and a proven track record driving transformation. Excellent communication and leadership are essential to foster transparency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
8+ years in Scrum/Agile environments.
2+ years in a directly relevant Scrum Master role.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and continuous improvement.
Experience facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.
Hands-on Jira experience and familiarity with Slack.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and adoption of Scrum and Agile principles across teams.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Monitor team progress through dashboards and Agile metrics.
Identify, assess, and manage risks, impediments, and dependencies affecting sprint execution.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing action plans.
Promote communication and coordination among development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present daily status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Define and standardize Scrum processes and governance practices while optimizing team workflows.
