Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Information Mgmt. Sciences & Systems or equivalent.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum across projects.
• Introduce Agile practices, frameworks, tools, and standards.
• Establish and maintain Scrum processes and ways of working.
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile.
• Monitor sprint progress, backlog, risks, and impediments.
• Facilitate ceremonies and ensure effective sprint execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
