Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, business development, or CRM in HVAC/building services or related industry.
• Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, and service repair solutions.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base for service agreements and aftermarket solutions.
• Manage existing customer accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, tenders, and service inquiries.
