Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to grow its service and aftermarket business in Saudi Arabia, focusing on service agreements, maintenance contracts, and digital service solutions. You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive profitable sales growth while negotiating favorable terms with customers.

You will work with internal teams to tailor service offerings, prepare proposals, and lead quarterly forecasts and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales, business development, or CRM experience.
• Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, and service repairs.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, and target achievement.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base for service agreements, maintenance contracts, and aftermarket solutions.
• Manage existing customer accounts, build relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities to increase service revenue.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, tenders, and service inquiries with timely responses.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve profitable outcomes and secure orders.
• Promote connected and digital service offerings with tailored technical information and proposals.
• Achieve sales and order booking targets while ensuring profitable growth.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, monitor the pipeline, and report performance and opportunities to management.
• Identify prospective customers and project opportunities; assess needs and recommend service solutions.
• Attend customer visits, meetings, and industry events to raise awareness of Carrier services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely payment collection and cross-functional collaboration.
