Job summary

Penspen, a leading energy services company, is seeking a Planning & Schedule Assurance specialist to oversee EPC contractor planning across all project phases. You will review integrated schedules, validate progress metrics, and ensure alignment with milestones and contracts.

The role requires active participation in progress reviews, interface coordination, and constructability planning, with a focus on mitigating schedule risks within the project controls framework.

Qualifications

• To provide planning oversight and schedule assurance for all phases of the EPC contractor's work.
• Review and validate integrated project schedules, resource histograms, critical path analysis, and progress measurement systems.
• Ensure alignment of the baseline schedule with project milestones and contractual obligations.
• Monitor schedule performance, assess recovery plans, and report variances with mitigation strategies.
• Participate in progress review meetings, interface coordination, and constructability planning.
• Validate contractor's monthly progress reports, lookahead schedules, and productivity metrics.
• Support risk assessment workshops and integrate schedule risks into the project control processes.
