Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Senior Scheduling/Planning Engineer (Offshore) to oversee project controls for the Khafji PMS program. The role manages the project controls team, monitors schedule performance, and collaborates with the client and PM teams on cost and risk reviews. Strong Primavera P6, Excel, and cost-control knowledge are essential.

PMC experience is preferred. Based in Saudi Arabia, the candidate will contribute to front-end reviews (FEL1/FEL2) and support cost forecasting and risk

Qualifications

• Over 14 years in project management, planning, scheduling, cost estimation and control on major oil and gas projects.
• PM/PMC experience at similar role is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls team deployed on multiple offshore projects.
• Review FEL1/FEL2 deliverables for cost, schedule and risk.
• Support the Project Management team and client through program delivery.
