Job summary

Harjai Technologies in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors consultant to provide functional and technical support across EC, ECP, RCM, LMS, PMGM, and more. You will be the central point of contact for all SF matters and coordinate with offshore and onsite teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years end-to-end implementation experience in the listed modules; certifications in SF; strong blueprinting, data migration, integration; Arabic and English fluency; experience in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations in EC, ECP, RCM, SCDP, LMS, PMGM, and Compensation.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC, ECP, RCM, SCDP, LMS, PMGM).
• Strong blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, configuration and functional design skills.
• Hands-on data migration, integration and deployment experience.
• Proficiency in MS Visio or similar process-mapping tool.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Experience in a professional services or distribution company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support across SuccessFactors modules: EC, ECP, RCM/RMK, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Succession & CDP, Compensation and WorkZone
• Act as the focal point for all SuccessFactors matters
• Gather requirements, run fit-gap analysis and solution validation workshops
• Handle change requests and high-priority issues
• Support testing, training and documentation
• Oversee onsite and offshore implementation teams
• Support integration with other SAP systems
