Job summary

Best Apps Technology Limited in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementations and ensure delivery within scope and budget.

You will manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks, coordinate with business stakeholders, functional/technical teams, and external vendors, and report to senior management.

Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, and hybrid delivery (Agile and Waterfall) is required; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with end-to-end SAP project delivery.
• Expert in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong SAP Activate methodology understanding.
• Proven project planning, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder skills.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects from planning/design to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, functional/technical teams, and vendors.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and steering committees.
• Manage change requests, quality, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
