Job summary

Outsourcing Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA techno-functional consultant to be the single point of contact for all SAP activities. You will keep the system running, assist users with adoption, and ensure rapid issue resolution.

You’ll coordinate SAP activities with internal stakeholders and vendors, provide day-to-day support, raise and track tickets with SAP, train users, write guides, drive adoption, and manage enhancements, testing, releases, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years SAP experience, including S/4HANA support or implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of core modules, plus hands-on technical troubleshooting (ABAP is a plus).
• Clear communication and good stakeholder management skills.
• GCC or KSA experience and SAP certification preferred.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SAP activities and act as the main contact for internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Provide day-to-day functional and technical support, and handle incidents and change requests.
• Raise tickets with SAP and its support channels and follow them through to closure.
• Train users, write user guides, and drive adoption across departments.
• Manage enhancements, testing and releases, and keep system documentation up to date.
