  • Maintain risk, assumption, issue and dependency (RAID) logs, decision registers, action trackers, change controls, quality findings and approval records.
  • Prepare project dashboards, weekly status reports, steering committee presentations, release-readiness updates and executive decision papers.
  • Coordinate user training, change communications, operational handover, hypercare, transition to application maintenance and support teams, project closure and benefits tracking.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in enterprise application delivery, including management of SAP projects or major SAP workstreams.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts or migrations.
  • Experience coordinating multiple SAP delivery dimensions, such as functional processes, custom development, integrations, data migration, security, testing and cutover.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Activate or a comparable ERP delivery methodology.
  • Proven project planning, governance, scope, risk, dependency, budget, vendor and quality management capabilities.
  • Experience coordinating implementation partners and managing cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, workshop facilitation, problem-solving and executive reporting skills.
  • Professional English communication and documentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP Activate certification or relevant SAP delivery certifications.
  • Experience in manufacturing, steel, metals or other industrial and asset-intensive environments.
  • Experience managing multi-vendor SAP programmes or complex enterprise implementations.
