Job summary

Best Apps Technology is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects and ensure successful delivery. The role requires strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management across planning, design, and execution phases.

You will manage budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor coordination while guiding teams through agile and waterfall delivery. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of end-to-end SAP project delivery experience.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation background.
• Proficient in SAP Activate methodology and project governance.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects from planning to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and issues.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, functional/technical teams, and vendors.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and steering committees.
• Oversee change requests, testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience, including end-to-end SAP project delivery.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Good understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong project planning, budget, risk, vendor, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be an added advantage.
