Job summary

Systems Arabia is seeking an experienced Project Manager – SAP Support Services to lead SAP S/4HANA support operations, oversee service delivery, manage consulting teams, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT project management, certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/PgMP), and fluency in Arabic and English, with experience in government or large-scale SAP support projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably SAP support or managed-service engagements.
• Relevant certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PgMP or equivalent.
• Experience leading 2–3 comparable SAP or government IT support projects.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, ITSM, and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA support service delivery and SLA/KPI adherence.
• Manage project governance, resources, risk, and escalations.
• Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly performance reports.
• Oversee incident management, change requests, releases, and escalations via ITSM tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for business-process alignment and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, IT service management, and resource planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• ITIL certification, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and Saudi government-sector experience will be an advantage.
