Job summary

areebhr is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. You will develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and close contracts across contracting, operation & maintenance, facility management, and hospitality services.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with operations and marketing, prepare proposals, and report on sales performance while leading the sales team toward company targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role/industry.
• Experience with Etimad Platform is preferred.
• Strong marketing and business development skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
