Job summary

A Sales Manager - B2B Hospitality in Riyadh is sought to lead sales and business development for residential leasing, corporate accounts, and strategic partnerships in the Saudi market. The role requires a hospitality background and a robust network of Saudi corporate clients.

You'll manage a sales team, develop strategies to increase occupancy and revenue, and coordinate with Operations, Finance and Marketing to achieve targets. Fluency in English is required and Arabic is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or Real Estate.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in hospitality or hotel industry.
• Experience in corporate B2B sales, residential leasing and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Drive residential leasing activities and maximize occupancy across the portfolio.
• Acquire corporate clients and secure long-term accommodation agreements.
• Develop B2B relationships with major companies, government entities, and multinationals.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
• Lead the sales team and coordinate with Operations, Finance and Marketing.
