Hyatt Regency Riyadh-Olaya is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our upscale hospitality brand in Riyadh. The role requires at least 5 years of hotel sales and marketing experience in Riyadh, with a deep understanding of corporate accounts, government segments, and market drivers.

You will develop comprehensive strategies, lead a high-performing team, and strengthen key partnerships to drive sustainable growth while maintaining Hyatt brand standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in hotel sales and marketing in Riyadh.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Fluent professional English (spoken and written).

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our upscale hospitality brand in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing within the Riyadh market, with a strong understanding of local business trends, corporate accounts, government segments, and key market drivers. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, driving commercial growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales, marketing, and communication strategies across all segments including corporate, government, leisure, MICE, F&B, and events.

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering accountability and innovation.

Strengthen relationships with key accounts and partners, positioning Hyatt Regency Riyadh as the preferred choice for travelers.

Enhance brand visibility through PR, digital, and social media campaigns aligned with global initiatives.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies.

Collaborate with General Manager, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

Experience with leading international hotel brands.
