Job summary

The Arab Lens in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account expansion.

You will develop strategic client relationships, manage opportunities across government, corporate, retail, hospitality and real estate sectors, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth delivery. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven success in B2B sales with revenue targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Own the complete sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across Riyadh's sectors (government, corporate, retail, hospitality, real estate).
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and regular CRM updates.
