Dar Al Riyadh seeks an experienced Project Leader to oversee major road, highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

The role requires strong project planning, risk management, and contractual administration skills, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management preferred.
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in roads, highways, bridges, and transportation infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale or mega roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, quality, and HSE.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the execution and delivery of major road, highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Oversee construction activities for highways, urban roads, interchanges, bridges, and tunnels.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, schedules, risk registers, and reporting systems.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Provide regular progress reports and executive updates to stakeholders.
