Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Road Safety Manager to lead road safety audits and coordination across major road projects in the MEA region. The role focuses on ensuring safety in design, compliance with local and international standards, and proactive risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of engineering experience, Chartered Engineer status, and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure programs across the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional registration preferred.
• Certified Road Auditor accreditation is required or highly desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience on major infrastructure projects in ME.

Responsibilities

• Lead road safety audits and reviews across large highway programs in MEA.
• Serve as RSA team leader for local and international audits and sessions.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Advise on safety in design and implement Safe System approaches.
• Develop education/awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional codes and best practices.
