Job summary

IC İçtaş Construction is seeking a Senior Risk Engineer to lead risk management for a major road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, develop risk registers, and implement mitigation and contingency plans with project teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Engineering, PMI-RMP or equivalent, 12+ years in project risk management for large-scale infrastructure, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, and contingency measures.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk management practices into project execution.
• Facilitate risk workshops and support the implementation of mitigation actions.
• Monitor risk exposure and report key risks, trends, and mitigation status to project management.
• Utilize risk management tools and methodologies to support informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with project, contractual, and corporate risk management requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Risk Engineer to lead risk management activities for our major road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• PMI-RMP (Risk Management Professional) or an equivalent risk management certification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project risk management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or construction projects.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative risk analysis methodologies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
