Job summary

ICİçtaş Construction seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead road and bridge construction activities on a major project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires steering site execution, coordinating with government bodies, and ensuring safety and quality across multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in roads/highways construction and 5+ years in a construction management position, with strong English skills; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of professional experience in roads and highways construction projects.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Manager, managing site execution on large-scale infrastructure works.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a significant advantage.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and site management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and multiple work fronts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of road and bridge construction, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and suppliers, to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks effectively.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and resource requirements to ensure informed decision-making.
• Implements safety protocols and quality control measures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and compliance with industry standards.
